- Return policy: Return is applicable within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, return/refund will be processed only if the item carton in original wrapping and packing (not opened or used) and the return shipping fees will be charged to the consumer, these shipping fees will be variable according to the customer location.
- Warranty includes technical defects and faults only.
- The warranty does not cover defects and errors resulting from misuse.
- The period required for product maintenance is determined by the specialist.
- In the event that the product must be replaced and this product is not available, the customer will be compensated with a product close to the last price at which the replaced product was sold.
Terms voiding the warranty
- Malfunctions due to incorrect use of the product.
- Malfunctions due to the use of external accessories that are incompatible with the product or of poor quality.
- The device has been exposed to liquids or the effects of moisture, oxidation and heat.
- Opening the device outside the service center, or the presence of burning traces of one of the components of the device.
- The product barcode does not match the barcode registered with us.
Returns, exchange, refund
In case you want to exchange or return our product(s), or if your received a defected product, within only (7) days from that date of receiving your order, you can request a "Return Material Pre-Authorization" to return the product(s) to Adam photographic Equipment.
- You can return the product within 5 days from the date of purchase, provided
- You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase
- Ensure that there is a purchase invoice.
- The delivery of the product to be replaced to the Adam photographic equipment headquarters is by the customer.
- Replacing the value of the product is after making sure that the product to be replaced is in the same condition as when it was purchased.
In the event of a return as a result of product malfunction or manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or delivery of the wrong product, customer will not be charged for any shipment fees or/and Bank transfer fees. In case of returns for other reasons (i.e. customer needs an exchange or customer changed his mind) shipment fees or/and Bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
To accept your return request:
-Product must be in its original packing with full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection. Any return, exchange or refund process might take up to 15 working days and at our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria.
-You must submit the original invoice issued by the same store.
-The product must be in its original packing accompanied with all accessories and manuals (the return or replace of the product if it’s in its original condition including cardboard and internal packing and instructions booklet and accessories).
-The company does not allow return or replacement of defected products as a result of misuse or loss of some parts of the product, such as catalog, accessories and others.
-Cannot return or replace all personal care products, unless in the original packing (closed and unused).
-Products purchased through financial installment program, can only be exchanged (as per installment rules) and can't be returned/refunded.

-Orders placed during prices changes, or orders placed on products with wrong prices changes.
-Orders placed during stock changes.
-Order didn't met any of our e-shopping site terms & conditions.
- Wrong delivery address given by customer or wrong contact details or due to customer is not reachable.
Cancelation by customer: To process cancelation of an order, please contact us . You can cancel the order due to any of the following reason:
- The product/service(s) are not yet shipped to you. In case of cancelation after the order has been shipped to you, cancelation fees will apply. We have the full right to demonstrate whether an order has been shipped to you by the time of your cancelation request.
- We are unable to procure / deliver the product/service(s) in a reasonable time; that is (15) working days from the date we confirmed your order.
The website provides the possibility to purchase product(s) online and to settle payment online or to pay on delivery based on shipping/delivery method available in Saudi Arabia. Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in Saudi Riyals.
